You are truly one in a million. If you are looking for an attorney to represent you jack is the one you want dont waste your time any where else . He will fight for you like no other . Others will fill you with promises thats not him he tells you the truth he believes in you and not many attorneys do that . Jack is the best attorney I have ever dealt with the man has a gift for law and is just great at what he does. Jack started working on my husband case immediately and saved him years of prison time. He covered 3 counties of charges and had them settled rather quickly. He always kept in contact with me was quick to respond to any concerns I had regarding any of the cases. 5 stars I am no longer even in the state of Florida but, there was a case lingering from 2020 that I needed taken care of, I reached out to Mr. Kaleita and he was understanding, compassionate, and told me right off the top he “GOT THIS” and that’s exactly what he meant he HANDLED my case and it was dropped! If you have an issue with trust, as I did, in your search for legal assistance, look no further, Jack and his team are the best. The biggest thing for me was the no BS communication with Jack directly. He made himself available and listened intently as I presented my case and request. He gave me his honest, open , educated opinion on the matter and continued to do this throughout the whole process. I respect and praise him highly for this. That was the biggest thing for breaking down my trust barriers - just good ol' straight talk. The rest of his team kept me informed as my case came to a close. Jack presented my case well when it cam e time in court and we won! He's given me the opportunity to move on with my life finally after a 15 battle with the court and prison system. Jack Kaleita is serious the best lawyer I could have possibly asked for! I have hired him on 2 separate occasions the first time I hired him I just got my second dui and I needed a really good lawyer. I was recommended by him from one of my friends who he did a great job for, so I called him and met up with him he was upfront with me and told me what all my conquences could be and that he would do his best to help me get out of the dui and wouldn't blow smoke up my ass or tell me what I needed to hear. He just said he would do everything with in his power to get my charges reduced. Well my man jack came through and got my second dui reduced to wreckless, and only had to take a couple classes and I was very grateful! That was when I was 23. Last year I got my third dui at the age of 29 I thought my life was over! First thing I did when I got out of jail was call the best man I could think of which is jack! Again he blew no smoke up my ass and told me the worst that could happen to me which is some serious jail time and I could of lost my license for 4 years well my dumb ass had a warrant for my arrest after I got out of jail because I didn't report for a drug screening. I call jack that man made that disappear after working all day for hours on it, and so I didn't have to go back to jail. Jack ends up fighting dmv and I never lost my license on my 3rd dui! He pushes off the case for almost 2 years because of Corona and such. Finally get my court case jack fights prosecutor after prosecutor and gets my 3rd dui dropped to wreckless once again with just 2 classes to take and 6 months probation! I am very grateful for jack saving my ass and seriously breaking his back to get me the best deal and never settling or giving up on me and my case I'm so happy with jack and wouldn't never hire any one else as my lawyer. He's a wonderful person I truly trust. Thank you jack Kaleita for all that you've done and saving my ass and life more than once!

Before hiring Mr Kaleita, i started googling for an attorney and reading the reviews of others! Those positive reviews got me the perfect attorney therefore today i will share my experience with Mr. Kaleita, hopping that this review will help someone else in the future!
Mr. Kaleita is by far the best attorney you can ever find! I needed someone to represent me for a case in Orlando while i was residing in a different state and all the stress that comes with courts and paperwork and what not- Mr. Kaleita made sure to take care of everything very smoothly!
His timely response rate is 100%! There was not one single time that i could not get a hold of him or that he didn’t call me back right away!
He gives you all the time, attention and detailed explanations of everything and you never end up feeling lost with the law vocabulary!
He is very calm at all times and very knowledgeable and hard working! When you become his client- he truly means business and he is not joking!
The best part is - he is very very very reasonable with the charges! For the time and work needed in my case - i was afraid it would have costed me an arm and a leg- but that was not the case with Mr. Kaleita!

I was referred to Jack by a trusted friend for a traffic incident I was involved in on I-4, just outside of downtown Orlando. At the time of the incident, I felt what happened was misrepresented by the trooper and I was subsequently found guilty of "careless driving". In an effort to quickly put the situation behind me, I simply paid the fine and accepted the negative points against my record. Fast forward almost 3 years, and I was (initially) denied a new job because this was on my record. Once I received Jack's number, I called him immediately. His office staff was very courteous and professional. Jack called me back within 15 minutes. I explained to him my situation, and he was very frank about the possible outcome. He's a "no B.S." type of guy - which is exactly what you want in an attorney! Jack appropriately explained what could happen from "best case scenario" to "worst case scenario". I almost had to talk him into taking my case (and $$) because my case was unique and so old. During the time in which my case was working through the court system, Jack and his staff were very communicative and returned every phone call and email within in minutes. Under the circumstances, working with Jack was an excellent experience! I would honestly give the same review, even if I didn't receive the positive court ruling that I did. I have used Jack on a number of occasions. I consider him the best all around criminal law attorney in Central Florida. Jack is an exception to the reputation attorneys have. He is brutally honest and does not make promises just to get your money. If he thinks your case is hopeless, hell tell you. Hell give you the worst-case/best-case and the probability on both. Most attorneys make grandiose promises so youll pay them. He also is well-like and respected by prosecutors, DA's, and Judges and can get the best results for your case. Once you hire Jack, he will give you his cell and will always be available. One common complaint is that attorneys do not communicate once you pay them. Jack is always available and will keep you informed on your case. He also goes above and beyond what is required. He helped me get bail, get my car out of impound, and get a job before I even went to court or paid him in full. Jack has ethics and integrity and tells the truth. His rates are reasonable and hell work with you. I have hired Jack 5 times and the results are as follows: Three times the charges were dropped before I even went to court. Once I got 25 hrs community service instead of a 4th DWLS, which would have been a felony and a 5-year license revocation. Finally, once he got me 4 months probation and dropped to a misdemeanor when I was looking at 2 felonies and 3 years in prison. Couldnt ask for a better attorney!!!
